Cherry blossoms are found throughout the world but Japan is particularly famous for its blossoms due to its large number of varieties and the nationwide celebrations during the blooming season. Cherry blossoms in Japanese are known as Sakura and this design is a celebration of the pretty blossoms which line the avenues and drape across the land. There is even a little pagoda tucked away beneath the blossoms!
