Payment and availability of goods
All prices are shown in GBP (Pounds Sterling) and are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept payment by PayPal.
Occcasionally customers from outside the UK may experience an 'error' message when trying to pay via Paypal. If this occurs, do not try to complete the order again. Instead, you will receive a secure Paypal invoice via email which will allow payment to be made (you do not need to contact us as an invoice will automatically be generated).
Paying by Cheque: We can also accept payment via UK cheque (in UK pounds sterling). Send the cheque with the total cost to include the postage charge, along with a list of the items you would like to order, and made payable to Sheena Rogers to the address on the Contact page.
All goods are sold subject to availability.
Postage & Delivery of goods
Postage and Packaging (P&P) cost is charged per order, regardless of number of items ordered. If only digital goods (i.e. PDF charts) are ordered, these do not incur P&P charges (UNLESS goods requiring dispatch by post are also ordered at the same time as digital goods).
Current P&P charges are as follows:
£2.60 per order to UK and Europe,
£4.75 per order to the Rest of the World.
Items will be sent via Royal Mail. Delivery outside of the UK will be via Airmail.
We will make every effort to despatch your order as soon as payment is received but please allow 28 working days for delivery from date of dispatch. If for some reason we cannot post your item to you immediately, we will notify you of an expected despatch date. You will receive an email to inform you of the dispatch of your order.
Description of goods
Colour photographs throughout are as accurate as possible but computer screens may display colours differently. All sizes quoted are approximate dimensions.
Cancellation of orders
Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to despatch. Send an email to email@example.com with 'Cancel order' in the subject header and state the item(s) you wish to cancel in the body of the email. See also 'Right of Withdrawal' below.
Return of goods / Right of Withdrawal
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from us but if you are not entirely satisfied, or have changed your mind on the purchase, please return the item(s) concerned within 14 days of receipt. The returned goods must be in pristine condition and be in the original packaging, accompanied with your contact details and receipt/order confirmation. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt, however return costs will not be refunded. Refunds (including the initial delivery charge on original order) will be made on receipt of returned goods (or a replacement will be sent if preferred). Should your goods be received in a damaged state or with parts missing, please return the goods to the address below and a full refund (or replacement if preferred) will be given. Please also provide details of the problem via email at: email@example.com

We are committed to protecting your privacy and we will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.) and for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not sell, trade or otherwise pass on personal information.
The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, postal details and email address (if supplied). The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.
Sharp objects cannot be sold to anyone under 16 years of age to comply with the Offensive Weapons Act 1996. By placing orders for products with age restrictions you declare that you are of legal age to purchase those products.
Trademarks and Copyright
This website contains material which is owned by us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the designs used within the kits/chart packs/handmade gifts and their covers/packaging. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited. This includes the scanning and distribution of the cross stitch designs to other people. Unauthorised use of the designs may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
When ordering PDF files, no Post and Packaging costs will be added to the order UNLESS goods requiring dispatch by post are also ordered. On completion of payment, the PDF file(s) will be emailed to the email address provided on checkout. The emailled PDF will usually be sent within 24 hours of completion of payment but please allow up to 48 hours for receipt of the PDF. Please ensure the email address you provide is entered correctly at checkout. The file itself will be an Adobe PDF file which can be viewed on the Adobe Reader which is installed on most computers as standard but can also be downloaded free from the Adobe website. The PDF file may be printed for personal use only and may not be distributed in any form to other people without permission from us. The cross stitch design supplied as a PDF file may only be stitched for personal use.
